Famous Freemason Artists: A Sneak Peek

From Mozart to Gershwin, Chagall to Mucha, Oscar Wilde to Lorca

Why were so many artists, painters, sculptors, architects, musicians, composers, writers, attracted to the ideas and ideals of Freemasonry? What was in it for them? Can we recognize freemason ideals and symbols in their work or in the way they lived? A fascinating subject that is enveloped in a secretive mist. We will be looking as several sculptors, painters, composers and writers from different countries and different centuries and try to unveil the reason for their fascination.
