TAS Moor Park Ceramic Project
TAS Moor Park Ceramic Project
30 May 2024
Spearheaded by their Young Arts team Angela Stein and Sue Marsden, at the beginning of January The Arts Society Moor Park were involved with a special project for all Year 10 GCSE students at neighbouring St Joan of Arc School in Rickmansworth.
With the help of a donation from Moor Park and a Community Grant from The Arts Society, 650 students benefitted, allowing them to make 200 Kate Malone inspired Sculptures, 200 grotesque Plaques, 200 Burgers, 45 clay Boots and some individual work.
TAS Moor Park's generosity was mentioned, with gratitude, in the school's newsletter and had personal thank you from the Head Art Teacher.
