Dear Members

Given the extraordinary times we are facing at present, and with our anxiety to keep all our members safe, your Committee has taken the following decisions:

Our April, May and June lectures to be cancelled.  Lecturers will be offered the possibility of re-booking on our future programmes.

Our visit to Eltham Palace on 9th June to be cancelled.  Booking cheques to be torn up.
The visit to be re-arranged in 2021/22.

Our visit to The Barber Institute and Winterbourne House on 30th July to be cancelled. Booking cheques to be torn up.  The visit to be re-arranged in 2021/22.

We hope to run a visit scheduled for 9th September 2020 and the details will be published in our next Newsletter.

We will all meet again at Bradmoor Farm for our AGM and lecture on the SECOND Tuesday of September, 8th, at 2pm.  All relevant papers will be sent to those of you who are re-joining in August.  The Committee is considering our financial situation and whether we can give some sort of refund for the lectures you are sadly missing.

Please, all of you, keep safe.  If you need any support at all, any of the Committee will be pleased to hear from you and particularly Jenny Tilden Walker in her role of new  and existing members point of contact.  Also, she would be grateful to hear from you if any of our members are ill.

The Committee will keep in touch with you through our Newsletter system.  Meanwhile, we look forward to seeing you on September 8th.

All best wishes.
