The Arts Society Worcester - come and join us.

Our Society brings people together through a shared interest in the arts. Join us to hear expert lecturers share their specialist knowledge about the arts. Our members contribute to and preserve our artistic heritage through volunteering and grants. Our work creates a better, healthier and more connected society.

We would like to share with you our interest in all aspects of the decorative and fine arts. Our ten regular evening lectures take place in Worcester on the second Tuesday of the month from September to June. We also have visits and tours in the UK and overseas, which are very popular and provide a great way to absorb art and culture in a sociable setting.

Our regular lectures take place at Bishop Perowne C of E College on Merriman's Hill in Worcester. These lectures are also streamed live online for those who do not wish to attend in person. We have an active programme of visits and tours.

Details of our current lecture and visits programme may be found on our website.

Our 2023 to 2024 season started on September 12th and continues until June 11th.

A very important part of the activity of our Society focuses on our contribution to the conservation of our heritage. If this sounds rather grand, we would like to assure you that our groups of Heritage Volunteers have great fun while contributing valuable work.

Our Arts Volunteering initiative sponsors local projects and exhibitions.
