Ian Cockburn delivered a lecture to The Arts Society in Horsham on the history of the Islamic occupation of southern Spain and the development of Mudéjar architecture there, from it’s origins in the Moorish architecture of Andalusia and the subsequent evolution of the style that has given us some of the most beautiful buildings of present day Toledo
