Milton Keynes Gallery Family in Residence Project: In Nature

During the Autumn term 2019, The Arts Society North Bucks provided financial support to the Gallery's 'Family in Residence' project, funding the materials which enabled a series of workshops for two families with children who have complex needs. The work completed led to an exhibition in the NewYear, about which the Gallery provided the following information and image. TAS North Bucks is delighted to have facilitated this project.

Saturday 10 January to Saturday 1 February/ FREE 

This exhibition showcases the work of the Westacott family and the Jones family in collaboration with MK Gallery Associate Artists Willow Mitchell and Sophie Bennett.  A playful 3-month investigation has explored each family’s relationship with the natural world and culminates in this interactive, multisensory celebration of the joys of festivals and excursions, collecting, making and documenting from nature.
