The Arts Society Mallorca is the local chapter of a UK-based international association of 65,000 members dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the arts and culture. We are a multinational, English-speaking community of art and culture enthusiasts in the broadest sense, committed to promoting greater awareness and knowledge of the vibrant creative scene on the island. Our aim is to explore and celebrate the arts in all their diversity, including the rich cultural heritage of Spain, a place many of us are proud to call home.

The Arts Society Talks and Events
We organize various talks by the international Society's accredited speakers as well as a wide range of social events and activities from informal drop-ins to in-depth study days. Our speakers are world-class experts in a huge variety of subjects covering Arts and Culture: painting, architecture, music, fashion, jewellery, sculpture and much more, from ancient to modern. They present their material in a down to earth way, accessible to all. The talks are followed by a wine and tapas reception - an opportunity to meet the speaker and fellow Art enthusiasts.

The Book Club
The Society's affiliated Book Club meets once a month at the Hotel Artmadams to discuss a wide range of literary works. Members and friends are welcome. The literary discussions often continue over lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Please contact Gail Davies for more details: asmbookclub@gmail.com

Becoming a Member
Our society relies on membership contributions to be able to offer our exciting line up of events. The annual membership fee is €120 from the date of joining.

This includes all evening talks, including tapas and one drink. Guests are welcome to our talks, €25 including tapas and and one drink.
Participation in additional events is free for members except entrance fees and costs for food, drinks and travel. Non-members are welcome for a taster at a fee of 10€ towards administrative costs.
