Young Arts Project at Tatham Fells School

Lunesdale DFAS sponsored Land Artist, Richard Shilling (www.richardshilling.co.uk), to work with Key Stage 2 children in Tatham Fells CE (VC) Primary School, creating natural sculptures for their new reflection area in the school garden.
The children were encouraged to bring natural materials for their projects if they wished and were delighted to create their own outdoor sculptures in such a peaceful space. Staff and children thanked Richard Shilling for inspiring them and LDFAS Young Arts Project for providing the £400 grant for the workshops.
