The walking trail was launched on Wednesday 29th June 2022 to a very warm and enthusiastic response. You can print off the walk or follow the trail wandering round with your mobile device in your hand.
The very first neighbourhood or heritage walking trail of The Arts Society Bowdon has been created in celebration of its ruby anniversary. The trail, fittingly, starts at The Bowdon Rooms where members have met since the society's inception in 1982 and takes a stroll around local landmarks including public gardens and places of worship. It details the history of the locality, its places and people and concludes with optional refreshment at the two adjoining public houses!
