Fares Pool: Claims Procedure

Representatives claim their expenses from their Society. The Society Treasurer completes this form to claim reimbursement for the Society.

Travel

The Arts Society will reimburse the return travel costs for a sum not exceeding the standard advance rail fare for up to two representatives per Society to attend the above meeting. To enable you to take advantage of early booking discounts we will refund the AGM fares pool claims in advance.

Taxi fares and parking

Charges are not reimbursed.

Overnight Accommodation

Representatives who need to leave the day before in order to arrive in time for the meeting can claim overnight accommodation.

Refreshments or other subsistence are not reimbursed.

In case of doubt, Society Treasurers are asked to contact the Finance and Resources Department at The Arts Society House.
