The AGENDA will be issued at the beginning of June. Items of Any Other Business must be advised to the Secretary, Dorothy Chadwick, at the address below by 1st June 2025 in order to be included on the Agenda at the discretion of the President.

A number of the Committee will be stepping down at the AGM and there is an urgent need for new people to join.  As you will be aware, Societies have had to close because of a lack of Committee members.  Please do not let this happen to your Society.

In particular, at present the office of Secretary will be vacant with effect from the AGM unless someone applies to take up the post.  This is an important role in the effective running of a Society and needs to be filled.  Please do consider taking on this role.  There are also other vacancies on the Committee and we urgently need new people to join to fill these vacancies so the Society can continue.

Nomination Forms to join the Committee are in the Attachments box. The completed forms including a Proposer and Seconder should be sent to the Secretary, Dorothy Chadwick, Dormer Cottage, Birchdale Crescent, Appleton, Warrington WA4 5AP to be received by 1 June 2025. 

Without a Committee the Society cannot function!
