A visit to beautiful Petworth House in West Sussex makes for a special day out. Cared for by the National Trust, it is full of important treasures. These include major works by van Dyck, Blake and Turner and lesser-recognised, but no less fascinating pieces, ‘below stairs’, including a 1,000-piece copper batterie de cuisine. 
 
This May, there’ll be another reason to visit: The Petworth Park Antiques & Fine Art Fair. Set in a marquee in Petworth’s grounds, this long-standing quality event offers everything from ceramics to stunning jewellery, and fine furniture to contemporary art.
 
You can enjoy two-for-one-entry on standard £10 tickets when you arrive with a guest and present your Arts Society membership card. Alternatively, quote ‘Arts Society’ when booking.

50% off The London Original Print Fair

Now in its 33rd year, the London Original Print Fair returns to the Royal Academy, bringing the best of contemporary prints for sale to the main galleries. Among the events on offer is the Young Collectors Evening (3 May; 6–9pm), and a special hands-on demonstration by master woodblock carver Motoharu Asaka on 6 May.

We have teamed up with the fair to bring you a half-price discount on the standard entry fee. Just show your membership card at the ticket office to enjoy the fair for £6 standard entry fee or £4 for concessions.
