De La Frontera: YOUNG ARTISTS' COMPETITION 2018

30 pieces of art work from students in 6 secondary schools in the San Roque Municipal catchment area were exhibited for a week in Espacio Joven. The Judges awared 3 prizes on Friday 20th April to the following categories:

2018 WINNERS:
Winner of The Members' Prize sponsored by The Sovereign Group. Ana Maria Luque Verá, 13 yrs, with 'Retrato de Luis Gallardo' media : acrílico sobre lienzo.

Winner of Category 11 to 14 yrs: Ariadna Ruiz Castillo, 13 yrs, with her artwork 'Euforia' media : rotulador y agua sobre papel.

Winner of over 15yrs Category: Lucia Palma Martin, 17 yrs, 'Sala del Alma' media fotografía
Congratulations Lucia who won €300 ! 

The success of the competition and prize giving evening was greatly due to the enthusiasm and hard work of event coordinator Mariloly Cabedo, a huge thank you to her from all the committee.
