CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
CANCELLATION ANNOUNCEMENT 
 
Dear Member

As the Government has announced additional steps to delay the spread of Coronavirus, it has become clear that further measures will be taken in a phased approach to protect the vulnerable and elderly. 

Whilst we recognise the Government’s plan to delay the epidemic peak, it is our assessment that the well-being and safety of our Members, Volunteers and Lecturers, many of whom fall within the high-risk category, is likely to benefit from The Arts Society North Lincolnshire taking active measures to reduce non-essential activity before the pandemic reaches its peak in the UK and Europe.  

We therefore regret to inform you that the following Arts Society events and meetings will be cancelled: 
 
Tuesday 7th April 2020 Lunch and Lecture at the Oaklands Hall Hotel 
Tuesday 28th April 2020 Special Interest Day Lincoln Cathedral with Jonathan Foyle
 
All those who have purchased tickets to the Special Interest Day in Lincoln will be reimbursed in full. The small loss, if any, from the deposit paid by the Society for  coach hire will be met from reserves.
 
This notice will be placed on the website and circulated by e-mail but to ensure that everyone is aware please call your friends to advise them.
 
We are sorry to have to take this action as we know that you enjoy the meetings and the associated social activity.
