Art @ the station reaches Farncombe!

The latest Art @ the Station exhibition has just been installed in Surrey!
Thanks to SWR and Farncombe station we now have a fabulous display space in the platform Waiting Room. The launch exhibition is work from Charterhouse School in nearby Godalming and features work from across the school community. Peter Monkman, Head of Art is delighted to have a local public forum to showcase his students work.  There are now five SWR stations exhibiting Art @ the station and a sixth is due soon, work is from a broad selection of local schools and community groups  to give participants the chance to display their work to the public. SWR are delighted with the scheme and have had very positive feedback from passengers and station staff alike.
