The Arts Society Wilmslow Lunch Event at the Pinewood Hotel

With special Guest Speaker, Adam Partridge

We are delighted to introduce  our speaker, Adam Partridge,  the  renowned British antiques expert, auctioneer, and TV personality, known for his appearances on popular shows like Flog It! and Bargain Hunt. After studying Classics at Oxford University, he began his career in the antiques industry, eventually founding his own auction house, Adam Partridge Auctioneers & Valuers, in 2008, which began with a saleroom in Macclesfield but has now grown into a leading independent firm with salesrooms  in London, Liverpool and Devon. Adam is also a qualified cricket coach and an accomplished musician, playing the violin and piano, a passion he shares with his professional musician parents.
 

The wide range of items sold in Adam’s salerooms include Fine and Decorative Arts, Jewellery and Watches, Furniture and Clocks, Books, Coins and Collectors’ Items. The calendar for all the salesrooms can be found on www.adampartridge.co.uk

Lunch

Our lunch will be served in a private suite. There is a choice:

Mains

A: Lemon & Garlic Chicken Breast, Celeriac & Thyme Mash, Mushroom & Shallot, red wine jus

B: Honey-roasted Salmon fillet, Crushed New Potato & Stem Broccoli, hollandaise dill sauce

C: Vegetarian & Vegan – Wild Mushroom & Spinach Risotto, Crispy Roquette

Dessert

X: Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce & Vanilla ice Cream

Y: Selection of Cheshire Farm Ice Creams & Sorbet

Z: Raspberry Eton mess

Please book by Sunday 5th October at the latest. First come, first served!

• Your name and telephone number
• How many tickets you would like, and the names of your guests
• The menu choices of you and your guests, using the A, B, C code for main courses and X, Y, Z for deserts.
• That you have paid £33.50 per ticket by BACS to The Arts Society Wilmslow, sort code 08 92 99, account number 65494486. Please reference ‘Lunch’ and your surname and initial.

Getting there

The hotel’s address is 180 Wilmslow Road, SK9 3LF.  There is ample parking at the hotel. Parking is chargeable at £2 for 3 hours, £3 for 4 hours.  Guests can pay for parking via the JustPark app or via the terminals inside the hotel reception.
