We are a lively, friendly society which delivers high quality lectures on art and culture to our members every month.  Our aims are to promote art appreciation and the preservation of our artistic heritage.

Recently, our talks have included subjects like modern furniture design, 19th century watercolours, and Renaissance art history.  

Sometimes we have Lectures with Lunch where we spend a whole day on a topic such as the history and archictecture of the Houses of Parliament  

We visit exhibitions, galleries, gardens and museums, and we go on two specially guided holidays each year.  Our aim is to learn more, see more, and enjoy ourselves while we are doing it.
