The Countess of Derby was delighted to join Arts Society Liverpool and Arts Society Southport, with our curator Gareth Williams, for their annual lunch.

The lunch at Knowsley Hall was the perfect opportunity to thank the Arts Society members and celebrate the dedicated support they have been giving to Knowsley Hall for 25 years. During this time the groups have helped in the long-term conservation of Knowsley Hall’s library and archive, ensuring the preservation of these important heritage assets. We feel enormously fortunate to have such engaged Arts Societies within the Merseyside region and are indebted to their members for their support over the years. The lunch is also an annual opportunity to toast the season with some of the region’s conservators who also join the Arts Society members for this celebration.
