We are a very friendly branch of The Arts Society.  Our Society aims to bring people together who share a common interest in the arts.  We enjoy a programme of lectures from world class speakers who share their knowledge of and enthusiasm for decorative and fine arts as well as our Cultural and Historical Heritage.  We also provide charitable support for local artistic endeavours through the awarding of grants.

Come as a Visitor, bring a friend, for a small individual donation per Lecture or, if you like what you see, our Annual Membership covers 8 Lectures.  As well as receiving our regular Newsletter keeping you informed with notable dates of visits and events, you will receive a three per year issue of the official Arts Society magazine sent direct to you from our H.Q. in London.

In addition to our Lecture Meetings we have an exciting programme of visits and social activities. Recently we visited the Whitworth Gallery in Manchester to see 'Beneath the Great Wave' exhibition of the works of Hokusai and Hiroshige and the National Memorial Arboretum near Lichfield. Our next visit will be 9th September to see the Wright of Derby exhibition. We also hold a Summer Party each year in the glorious garden at Cwm Weeg.
