How should we assess and appreciate our furniture
The lecture will look at ways of examining furniture considering what features one should be looking for in order to establish authenticity. This involves seeing how the pieces are made, and judgements can be made as to wear and tear. There will also be consideration as to fakes and how they may be spotted.
