Notice is hereby given to members of the Arts Society Lunesdale that the Annual General Meeting will take place at 2.15 p.m. on 25 June, 2024, at Borwick and Priest Hutton War Memorial Hall

1Welcome by John Houghton, Chairman, and apologies for absence

2To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 27 June 2023 as a true record.
3Matters arising
4To receive and approve the Chairman’s report.
5To receive and approve the Annual Accounts.
6Election of Officers and Committee Members, conducted by Lady Shuttleworth, President.
To elect John Houghton as Chairman.
To elect Margaret Dixon as Treasurer.
To elect Ian Royle as Membership Secretary.
To elect Elizabeth Duggan as Secretary
To elect Committee Members (en bloc) – Judie Graham-Clegg, Mary Frankland, Richard Gargini, Martin Gillibrand, Jean Paton and John Wilson.
7To elect Steven Smith as Independent Financial Examiner for the ensuing year.
8Any other business, at Chairman’s discretion.
9Date of next Annual General Meeting, to be announced.
