NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ARTS SOCIETY LUNESDALE

Notice is hereby given to members of the Arts Society Lunesdale that the Annual General Meeting will take place on at 2.15pm on 24 June 2025, at Borwick and Priest Hutton War Memorial Hall.

AGENDA

1 Welcome by John Houghton, Chairman, and apologies for absence.

2 To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 25 June 2024 as a true record.

3 Matters arising.

4 To receive and approve the Chairman’s Report.

5 To receive and approve the Annual Accounts.

6 Election of Officers and Committee members, conducted by Lady Shuttleworth, President.

To elect John Houghton as Chairman.

To elect Margaret Dixon as Treasurer.

To elect Ian Royle as Membership Secretary

To elect Elizabeth Duggan as Minutes Secretary.

To elect Committee Members (en bloc) – Mary Frankland, Richard Gargini, Judie Graham-Clegg, Martin Gillibrand, Jean Paton and John Wilson.

7 To elect Steven Smith as Independent Financial Examiner for the ensuing year.

8 Any other business, at Chairman’s discretion

9 Date of next Annual General Meeting to be announced.
