On the 30 April 2020 at 07.30 pm Rural Arts is holding its first "Exhibition on Screen" where you can experience every Leonardo Da Vinci painting in high-definition quality, complemented by explanation and discussion from world-leading art historians and curators. RURAL ARTS (website here)is a Thirsk based charitable organisation which aims to provide creative opportunities in rural North Yorkshire. Founded in 1992 it now has a strong network of community venues and volunteers. The Thirsk Old Courthouse HQ has a shop, cafe and gallery. It is where our sponsored apprentice Laura Wheeler is gaining experience of the art world.
