Koestler Arts Exhibition at the Royal Festival Hall Night Owls and Abstractions!

 The Koestler Trust takes art into prisons and other secure units to help prisoners develop. They hold an annual exhibition at the Royal Festival Hall and make (small) awards to those chosen to exhibit.

For many years the Greater London Area has supported them by giving money for awards to young offenders for their art. Several other Arts Societies also now give awards.

This fascinating (and free) exhibition runs from 31st October to 14th December, open at the following times:

Tuesday – Wednesday: 10am-8pm

Thursday: 10am – 5pm

Friday – Sunday: 10am – 8pm

If you decide to visit you could combine it with Christmas shopping at the Winter Market on the Southbank!!

But you may wish to organise a visit of a group of your members …someone from the Koestler would tour with you…the best slots for groups are Wednesdays and Fridays from midday until 4pm.
