Dragonfly lands at Chester Country Park!

The Dragon Fly is situated at the dipping platform at Chester Country Park.  It was created by sculptor Richard Kirk and funded by the generous members of Arts Society Chester, who purchase raffle tickets at their monthly Lecture days.
